We liked the spaces, but before we even had a chance to look at them, Travis called because he found a place that we knew nothing about in the neighborhood adjacent to us! He took that knowledge and found us the PERFECT place that was unbelievably still within easy walking distance of our old neighborhood. We knew nothing about this possibility and it means everything to us that Travis was able to really understand what we wanted and to think outside the box to find a solution that we didn’t even expect to exist. We bought that place and we are more happy with the space AND the neighborhood than we ever thought possible. Travis was great with every aspect of the buying process including paperwork, connecting us with financing, arranging multiple viewings of the space, and closing. He even gave us personal advice about the logistics of condo living (we had always lived in a single family home before). I contacted Travis for information and assistance is listing a house as part of an estate. It took a year before I was ready to list the house while getting it ready for sale. After a day of touring open houses in Center City, my husband and I were disappointed with the experiences we'd had with other realtors.
